Several businesses, one login

Switch between businesses or see a combined calendar of the ones you can access — each kept private.

Assignments, changes, and messages arrive in your in-app inbox.

Family & Personal mode

Not just for work.

Keep a household space right next to your business. Plan events, share the plan, and let everyone RSVP — all under the same login, always kept separate.

  • Invite your people. Invite your household with a private link. Everyone uses their own login.
  • RSVPs, not replies. Each invitee answers Going, Maybe, or Can't make it — and can change their own answer anytime. The organizer sees the counts.
  • Private by default. Private family events are visible to the people you invite plus your household's organizers. Work never sees home, and home never sees work.

Questions, answered.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Work screens are designed for phones first, so your crew can check their next job, get directions, and update progress from the field.

What can employees see?

Employees see the published jobs they're assigned to, plus the conversation and details for those jobs. Drafts and other people's jobs stay with managers.

Can I run more than one business?

Yes. One login can belong to several businesses, with a separate role in each. Each business's data stays private, and you can view a combined calendar across the businesses you have access to.

Is Start / Done the same as payroll time tracking?

No. Start and Done record job progress — who started and finished their part, and when — so everyone knows where the work stands. ScheduleOpenly doesn't do payroll or timesheets.

Can families use it too?

Yes. Alongside a business, you can create a Family & Personal space for household events and tasks. Invite your people with a private link, plan dinners and weekends, and everyone RSVPs Going, Maybe, or Can't make it.

Who can see a private family event?

The people the organizer invited, plus the household's owner and organizers. Other household members don't see it. Family events and tasks are never visible to a business you belong to, and work schedules never leak into your household space.

Make tomorrow easier to run.
